Men are men, and they will sin upon this
earth, below;
But God has said, “Incline your ear:” He’ll forgive the tares you sow.
Seek the Lord while He is near; before He’s out of reach.
Repent!
Forsake your evil way: Listen to your Father
teach.
Jehovah’s thoughts are not low, but higher than the
sky.
It’s not my place to question Him, nor ever wonder, “Why?”
The Word of God ventures forth, and void will not come back;
Accomplishing as He wills it to . . . faithful and full . . . not slack.
Go out with joy upon the earth; with peace from the
Lord you’ll stand.
The mountains will sing, with voices sweet, and the trees will clap
their hands.
